To use our services, you must register for an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information as part of our AI-driven KYC (Know Your Customer) process. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for any activities or actions under your account.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account. You may not use as a username the name of another person or entity that is not lawfully available for use.

RemitGo provides a digital platform to send money (remittances) internationally. Our services include currency conversion and transfer to designated recipients via various payout methods, including bank deposits, cash pickups, and mobile wallets.

Service availability, processing times, and transfer limits may vary based on the destination country, payout method, and applicable laws and regulations. All transactions are subject to our internal security and compliance checks.

You agree to pay all applicable fees for the transactions you initiate, which will be disclosed to you transparently before you confirm a transaction. The exchange rate applied to your transaction will also be clearly displayed.

RemitGo is committed to providing competitive rates and low fees. Fees and exchange rates are subject to change. All charges are final and non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm our Service, systems, or users. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: money laundering, fraud, funding of terrorist organizations, or any transaction that violates international sanctions.

We reserve the right to investigate, suspend, or terminate your account if we suspect any prohibited activity, and we may report such activity to the relevant law enforcement authorities.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which RemitGo is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.
